This contingency fee ensures:

- After-hours availability (any time outside of our regular business hours)
- Same-day scheduling when needed
No appointment is scheduled without payment confirmation.
How the Process Works
1. Fee Disclosure
When you contact us for an emergency visit, you will be informed of the $100 Contingency Emergency Visit Fee before moving forward. This allows you to confidently decide whether you wish to proceed.
2. Payment Confirmation
Once you agree to the contingency fee, our staff will collect payment to secure your emergency appointment. Payment confirmation is required to hold your time slot and guarantee dentist availability.
3. Dentist Contact & Arrival Instructions
After the contingency fee is processed, a licensed dentist will personally contact you to:
- Review your symptoms
- Provide arrival instructions
- Confirm the time you should come in
- Prepare the team for your visit
You will be seen promptly upon arrival.
